CareerMatch provides a career-matching questionnaire, generated recommendations, and related content. The Service is for informational and educational purposes only and does not guarantee employment, earnings, or outcomes.
3) User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate, lawful information when using the questionnaire and features.
- Do not interfere with or disrupt the Service (including by automated scripts, bots, or scraping).

The Service may link to external job boards (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor) and use third-party tools (e.g., analytics, advertising, CAPTCHA, AI APIs). We are not responsible for third-party content or practices.
6) Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that recommendations will meet your expectations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CareerMatch and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

9) Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time without notice if we believe you violated these Terms, engaged in fraud or abuse, or to comply with legal obligations.
10) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to jurisdiction and venue in those courts.
11) Changes to the Service or Terms
We may modify or discontinue the Service at any time. We may also revise these Terms by posting an updated version with a new “Last Updated” date. Your continued use constitutes acceptance.
